How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location: approximately 5-7 business days for orders to arrive. If it will take longer than 7 business days for any reason we will reach out to you.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately not, we try to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, if you email us any concerns within the same day that you have placed your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What resolution should my photo be? And how large can the file be?

We can't accept a file larger than 100MB.

We prefer the photos to hav a DPI (dots per inch) of around 300 for best results, Lower DPI results in a pixelated or "grainy" look. In the next section below we have left tips on how to increase a photos resolution. This can be tricky (especially for older photos.) If a file is too grainy, we will usually reach out to you and offer a slightly painted filter to give a more artistic look and reduce the pixelation.

How to edit a picture to give it a higher resolution?

Editing a photo on Mac

  1. Open the image in Preview.

  2. Go to Tools > Adjust Size.

  3. In the dialog box, check the "Resample Image" box if you want to change pixel dimensions, or uncheck it if you're just changing the print resolution (DPI).

  4. Enter a higher number (e.g., 300) in the Resolution field for print quality.

  5. Click OK, then File > Save
