How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location: approximately 5-7 business days for orders to arrive. (This of course depends on the distance of the destination) If it will take longer than 7 business days for any reason we will reach out to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately not, we try to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, if you email us any concerns within the same day that you have placed your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What resolution should my photo be? And how large can the file be?

We can't accept a file larger than 90MB.

We prefer the photos to hav a DPI (dots per inch) of around 300 for best results. Lower DPI results in a pixelated or "grainy" look. We can usually work with photos with 180+DPI but not lower. If a file is too grainy, we will reach out to you and offer an image with less texture to give a more artistic hazy look and reduce the pixelation, or request a different photo.
